She serves the collective and individual clients through her business, Alden’s Energy Healing.
In her 20s, when her own chronic health issues of then-undiagnosed PMDD and PCOS started becoming more and more intrusive to her acting and singing studies and career, she turned to energy healing for support. After her certifications, Alden's Energy Healing grew from there.
